Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Not tax, legal, or financial advice

GigMile is a tool that helps you organize mileage and expenses. GigMile is not a tax advisor and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Mileage and expense deductibility depends on your specific situation and the tax method you elect. Meals are generally not deductible for routine local gig work. Always review your records with a licensed CPA before filing.

2. Estimates only

Deduction amounts shown in the app are estimates based on the current standard IRS mileage rate ($0.70/mile for 2025) and the data you enter. Actual deductible amounts may differ.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is offered as a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($39.99) subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use GigMile for lawful purposes only and to keep accurate records. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. No warranty

GigMile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
